– British Columbia university, has a Centre for Scottish Studies.
- SFU Pipe Band
– World–champion Pipe Band, hosts an annual Highland Arts
Festival in April, also a Piping Hot Summer Drummer

- University of Guelph
– Ontario university with large School
of Scottish Studies; famous Scottish collection
including Rosslyn
charters.
- College of Piping and Celtic Performing Arts of Canada
– Summerside PEI college offers instruction in traditional Celtic
disciplines. Many events, online calendar.
- Pacific Institute of Piping and Celtic Performing Arts
– CeltFest summer camp on Vancouver Island.
Nightly recitals and concerts.
- Western Academy of Pipe Music
(WAPM) – BC's longest running pipe music school.
Founded 1978 by P/M James Watt.
- Tullochgorm
– History and tradition of Gaelic music in Scotland and North America.

- British Columbia Pipers' Association
(BCPA) – Active group, up-to-date website. Motto: "Tog orm mo Phiob"

- St. Andrew's Society of Montreal
– Founded 1835 to assist Scottish immigrants and their descendants.
Very active, quarterly journal online.
- St. Andrew's Society of Toronto
– Founded 1836 to assist Scottish immigrants. Annual St Andrew's
Ball. Website includes "Great Scot" feature, history.
- St. Andrew's Society of Winnipeg
– Legislated in 1871 by the new province, for "promotion
and preservation of Scottish culture in Manitoba and of public
understanding of the Scots' role in the origins of the
Province."
- St Andrew-Caledonian Society of Calgary
– Originally founded 21 November 1884 to plan for the first
St Andrew's night in the new city.
- CASSOC
– Umbrella organization for Clans and Scottish Societies of Canada.
- Victoria Joint Scottish Council
– Scottish group in BC's capital. Events schedule.
- NBSCA
– New Brunswick Scottish-Cultural Association, founded 1980 for cultural
preservation and education. Offers Gaelic language classes.
- Antigonish Highland Games
– Nova Scotia online home of the Games, also the Scotia
Highland Dancers, the local piobaireachd society and the
pipe band.
- David Francey
– Ayrshire-born singer/songwriter, Juno award winner.
- Tartantown
– Vancouver-area retailer, sells bagpipes online.
- ScotDance Canada
– The Scottish Cultural Organization for Traditional Dance
